How do I book an appointment?
All appointments are booked online, no exceptions. At the time of booking a retainer must be paid to secure a date and time. the retainer is applied to your service and the balance is due once services are rendered. I am currently located in Harvey, LA. An exact address will be provided in your appointment confirmation email.
Do you take walk-ins?
In an effort to provide the best makeup experience, and provide each client with our undivided attention, appointments are required for all sessions. I understand things may come up last minute so same day appointments may be available. Call or email to inquire!
Do you provide on-site services?
Absolutely! I am a traveling makeup artist. I provide experiences to best suits my clients preference and availability. Whether private residence, hotel, or event venue, I can arrive, set up and flawlessly execute your makeup to ensure you are the 'Belle of the Ball.'
Why do I need to hire a professional makeup artist for my wedding or event?
You're hiring a professional for your pictures, a professional for your cake, a professional for your flowers, and a professional for your hair, so why wouldn't you hire a professional for your makeup, too? A professional makeup artist not only ensures that your makeup will last all day and all night, but that it will photograph beautifully in all lighting conditions as well. From the appropriate products down to the specific colors, a professional makeup artist customizes everything to you and your wedding vision. Your pictures are going to last a lifetime, and you want to make sure that your makeup looks flawless, and an experienced professional knows just how to do that.
How do I secure my Bridal booking with you?
Services are booked on a first come, first reserve basis. In order to reserve your date, we require a signed agreement and a retainer (50% of the full agreement amount). Once both the signed agreement and retainer are received, your date will be reserved. The retainer is non-refundable and non-transferable to another date or service. Inquiries do not reserve your date. In order to secure my services, I recommend reserving your date as early as possible.
Do I need to schedule a trial ?
Trials are required for all brides. My goal is to provide the best glam experience possible, nothing would be more stressful for the bride (and the artist) than showing up on the day of your wedding and having a miscommunication between the look that you want and the look that your artist creates.
Ideally, I like to schedule your trial 4-12 weeks prior to your wedding day. At the trial, we will discuss the details of your wedding, including your gown, flowers, theme, colors, bridesmaids dresses, hair, etc. All of these tie into your overall makeup look. Then we will go over the specifics of the look that you have in mind. Photos of makeup looks that you like, or don't like, are always welcome, and will definitely help to communicate ideas between you and the artist. Any skincare issues or allergies that you may have will also be addressed, as they will influence the products used. I will also provide a skincare regimen to ensure your skin is in its best condition to ensure a flawless makeup application.
Do you service bridal parties?
In addition to offering bridal glam, I also offer services for the bridal party which include bridal attendants, mothers, grandmothers, and children. We can work together to create a cohesive makeup look for your bridal party that will enhance each person's individual features with uniform execution.
Can I just get my eyes done?
Unfortunately I do not offer partial services. I encourage all clients to wear a full glam look as partial enhancements draw attention to area of the face without makeup. To ensure a polished look for your event, only full face makeup applications are provided.
